Help Setting Up Bring. I'll Pay Ya!!!

I need help setting up bring on my computer. I don't have a clue as to how to download bring.ini because when I tried, I only get a configuration file sheet that can not be download it. as you can guess, i m a newb. My question is, is there someone in this forum who is interested in teaching me how to do it, (Over The Phone or In Person, which ever way you Want. I m in Philadelphia Pa.)
