Is there any difference in running VMware Server or VMware Workstation?

Has anyone an answer to this? I think that this could be a real problem. The poker software can know that it is running inside a virtual machine.

Thanks in advance

I did everything in the guide and it works just like it said.

But

When im loggen in on the virtual computer doesnt matter wich user i have two processes

VMwareUser.exe user admin/casino or stealth

and

VMwareService.exe system

Is that ok? wont the casino software know that im running a virtual computer when those two processes are running?

Great guide by the way, but I am encountering with one problem.

In step #16 after creating the shortcut logged in as casino user and when I am double klicking and opening the shortuct. I enter there my stealth user and password and klick OK. Problem appears.
There comes a error box saying: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

So what to do in order to fix this? I am running TinyXP on the virtual computer, and both stealth and casino usesrs has limited rights.

Have I missed something or could someone pinpoint where is the problem.

EDIT:
Problem solved

File Permissions and Security experts in the house?

Hi guys,

I'm getting "Access Denied" when I use "Run As" from the Casino computer.

In other words, I'm logged in as Casino user; try to access the bring folder that is in the ninja folder, I use "run as" the Stealth user, but I get "access denied".

Thoughts?

you cannot access the folder before authenticating so you might consider authenticating into runas on either cmd.exe or explorer.exe at which point you should be able to navigate inside the folder either on the command line or with the browser.

What is your alias (nickname) on PokerStars? Can you post it here?

you'll probably need to install PT on your casino machine so it can access the needed hh's
